Following our preference to celebrate milestones with experiences, we went to The Farmhouse at Veritas Winery for Gretchen’s birthday. We arrived late afternoon and checked into our room which was very nice! We learned the last time we ate here, it’s good to spend the night due to the wine pairings during the meal!
If you are staying at the inn, there is a happy hour beginning at 5:00 p.m. with dinner served at 6:30 p.m. The four course dinner is outstanding, a true gourmet experience!
Wow, what a wonderful way to celebrate your 75th my love! We are so fortunate at our age to have the health and means to enjoy experiences like tonight’s! Happy birthday Gretchen!
PS - The next morning we continued our food consumption with a gourmet breakfast!
