Kelley and Katie met us at Bender’s lake house, where two generations of cousins were looking forward to their annual gathering on the water. It’s always a fun time; swimming, fishing, boating, good food and drink and most importantly, a chance to chat about each other’s lives!
Saturday
We went back out to the lake, this time to the Sail Club. The kids got to participate in the Fourth of July games and everyone enjoyed an afternoon cooling off in the water!
Sunday
Alas, it was time for everyone to head home. But first, we took a family portrait with our new Life is Good shirts!
Thanks so much Kelley and Katie for making the trip to Lynchburg. It is always great to get the family together!
